CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in: after 15:00 Check-out: before 11:00 Early check-in / late check-out by request, if available. Very important: Do not leave the keys in the door lock from the inside.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
BATHROOM & TOWELS
Do not throw paper or objects into the toilet to avoid clogging. White towels are for indoor bathroom use only. Blue towels are provided for the beach and garden loungers.
KITCHEN
The tap water is drinkable. Do not place hot pots directly on the countertop. Turn off all appliances when leaving the house.
BALCONY DOORS
The balcony doors operate with a tilt-and-slide system (Volkswagen style). Turn the handle to the horizontal position, pull the door towards you, and slide it to the side.
HOUSE GUIDELINES
Respect the rest of the neighbors. Loud music, parties or any type of event are not are not allowed. Official quiet hours: Summer (Apr 1 – Sep 30): 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00 Winter (Oct 1 – Mar 31): 15:30–17:30 & 22:00–07:30 The number of guests cannot exceed the number booked. Pets are not allowed. Guests are responsible for any excessive damage. Do not enter the building with sand.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Leave the kitchen and utensils clean. Take out the trash. Close the windows and balcony door Turn OFF the heating/cooling system Close the apartment door and leave the keys in the locker where you picked them up.
HEATING & COOLING
Make responsible use of Air Conditioning and Heating. Temperature and fan speed can be controlled from the room fan coil units.
Turn OFF the system when the windows are open. Simply press the ON/OFF button on the central thermostat next to the entrance door.
